Hotel is in a great location- lots of excellent restaurants and shopping near by. Decor very dark, room was small with limited amenities- no tissues, no wash cloths, only 1 blanket ( beds had light spread) pillows very flat, only 1 desk chair and very limited space to open luggage. Satellite TV was not working so no English news/TV, no hot water last 2 days there. Shower door was very small- a X-Large person would not fit! Breakfast buffet was very good and staff were friendly but would not stay here again

The hotel is in a good location, not far from the Lepanto metro station. It was around a 20 minute walk to the Vatican City in one direction and a 5-10 minute walk across the river to the Piazza del Popolo where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. From the Piazza del Popolo if you walk 30 minutes south you will hit all of the main attractions. The hotel staff were welcoming and the roof terrace and restaurant were lovely, the breakfast’s were varied and plentiful. Our room was very clean and was cleaned every day, however the room was fairly small and dark, the windows looked over a small triangle of other hotel windows so we were kind of in a shaft. It also smelled as though a previous guest had smoked in the room. The bathroom was quite large in comparison to the room but was also very dark with no outside light. The wardrobe was very slim and one door only partly opened due to the fire door hinge on the external room door and there weren’t any draws so we had clothes on the chair. It was fine for a few days and I wouldn’t say that I wouldn’t return but if I did return I would upgrade rooms. Also beware the city tax in Rome, it is more expensive the more stars a hotel has. This hotel is a 4 star so it was an additional 7.50 euros per person per night upon checkout.

Greer location of the hotel. Close to Metro station as well as Vatican or to some attractions in Rome. Clean neighborhood with many restaurants, cafes and shops. Very comfortable beds and clean room. Also shower is bigger and your are not feeling claustrophobic. Big advantage: you can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast at the top of the building ? Great. Espresso with Vatican view? Priceless. For sure we will stay there while next visit in Rome!

Very good hotel near the Vatican city and also close to the city centre on foot. The cleanliness of the room was remarkable and the staff was very kind and helpful during our entire stay at the hotel. Also, the food at the restaurant on the top floor, with a great view of the city, was really good, although we would like to have had more choices for breakfast. Our overall exprerience was excellent, we would totally recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

4 star…. I would not give this hotel 4 stars. Although it’s very clean and tidy, the rooms are misleading. They are tiny. No where to stores clothes/suitcases. The bathroom has a horrendous smell from the drains, the shower is also extremely poor. If you shower out of peak times then it’s adequate. However most people have a shower before the day starts… which is unpleasant as the shower is very VERY luke warm. It’s not a nice experience. The walls are extremely thin and can hear your neighbours conversation. Rooms are very warm, aircon unit only had warm air blowing out of it. When opening a window it’s a no go. The hotel is located near a very loud bar with loud music until 2/3am. Very poor sleep, will not be returning based on the above comments. Breakfast included was a bonus, but again was adequate. Nothing special.
